Caramel Apple Dip

Caramel Apple Dip

Makes about 2 cups.

This is a great recipe for fall -- parties, tailgates, after-school snacks, or weekend cabin getaways.

(1) 8-oz. block cream cheese, softened
1 c. brown sugar
1 t. vanilla

Mix all three ingredients until smooth and well-combined. Serve with apple slices.
