Makes about 8-10 sandwiches.
3 lb. beef (brisket, pot roast, rump roast, or tri tip sirloin roast), pork (butt or shoulder), or chicken (boneless, skinless breasts)
1 onion, chopped
1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce
Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
